Terms and conditions

These terms apply to lessons and services provided by Abdelkrim AMRANI (BP 5012, Tangier, Morocco). By creating an account or purchasing lessons, you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide live online English lessons (one-to-one and small group), learning resources, assessments and related services. Lessons take place on a video-call platform; you are responsible for a suitable device and internet connection.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. Learners under 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page in Moroccan dirham (MAD) and, for PayPal, in euros (EUR). Your prepaid hours are added to your account once payment is confirmed: immediately for PayPal, and after manual verification for bank and cash transfers.
4. Lesson packs and validity
Each lesson pack states the number of lessons, their length and how long they remain valid. Unused lessons expire at the end of the validity period.
5. Booking, cancellation and rescheduling
Lessons are booked through your student area. Cancellation, rescheduling, missed lessons and refunds are governed by the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Assessments and certificates
Level estimates and progress statements describe the academy's professional assessment using the CEFR. They are not official qualifications. Exam preparation courses are independent and are not endorsed by any exam board; we do not guarantee any exam result.
7. Conduct
We expect respectful behaviour in lessons and messages. We may end services, with a pro-rata refund of unused lessons, in cases of abusive behaviour.
8. Intellectual property
Lesson materials are provided for your personal learning and may not be redistributed.
9. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as platform or internet failures. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
