This policy explains how Abdelkrim AMRANI ("we", "us") processes personal data when you use this website and our lessons. We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal; we do not receive or store your card details. For bank and cash transfers we store the reference, the amount and the proof you upload, only to confirm your payment.
Who we share data with
Only service providers needed to run the academy, under contracts that protect your data: website and database hosting, email delivery, file storage, PayPal for payments, and the video-call platform used for lessons. Some providers may process data outside Morocco; where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards.
For corporate programmes, attendance and progress information is shared with your employer only as described to you at enrolment and with your consent.
How long we keep data
- Account and learning records: while your account is active and for up to 3 years after your last lesson.
- Payment and invoicing records: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Enquiries that do not lead to lessons: up to 12 months.
- Security logs: up to 90 days.
- Anonymous usage statistics: up to 13 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to abdelkrim.amr@gmail.com. You can update most of your details yourself in your student area. You also have the right to complain to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) in Morocco, or to your local data protection authority.
Children
Learners under 18 can only use the academy with a parent's or guardian's consent, recorded when the account is created. Guardians may request access to or deletion of their child's data.
Security
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, connections are encrypted, and access to student records is restricted to staff who need it.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
