About the academy
A small, teacher-led academy: one clear plan per learner, honest feedback, and lessons that fit around real lives.
How we teach
Every learner starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. The first lesson is a needs analysis and level check: what you need English for, where you are now, and how much time you have. From that, you receive a short written learning plan.
Lessons are live and personal. You learn with the same teacher each time, who knows your goals, your strengths and the mistakes you tend to make. There are no pre-recorded videos pretending to be lessons.
Feedback is written down. After every lesson you receive notes with corrections, new vocabulary, homework and the objective for next time. You can always see what you have covered and what comes next.
Levels are described honestly. We use the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) to describe your level and progress. Our level estimates are the academy's own professional judgement — they are not official certificates.
What we believe about learning a language
- You learn to speak by speaking. Most of each lesson is your speaking time.
- Accuracy matters, but not at the cost of confidence. Errors are noted and reviewed at the right moment, not every few seconds.
- Real tasks beat abstract exercises. We practise the meetings, emails, exams and conversations you actually face.
- Progress needs practice between lessons. Homework is short, specific and always reviewed.
